XEOMIN Injectables for Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA), made by Merz Pharmaceuticals, is approved by the US FDA for the treatment of adults with cervical dystonia or blepharospasm and Moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. IncobotulinumtoxinA is made from the bacteria that causes botulism. Botulinum toxin blocks nerve activity in the muscles, causing a temporary reduction in muscle activity. FDA approval of XEOMIN®, was based on the results of two U.S. clinical trials. A study cited in the Journal of Neurological Sciences on the efficacy and safety of XEOMIN® found it showed “non-inferiority” to Botox® when used in the same doses to treat cervical dystonia. It concluded that XEOMIN® is a safe and effective treatment for the disorder. Xeomin® has now been approved for some cosmetic indications – Moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. Similar to other drugs in this category, including Botox® and Dysport®, that also have FDA approval for the treatment of facial wrinkles. Now that Xeomin® is available and FDA approved, doctors can use it both on-label and off-label to treat the same facial lines treated by Botox® and Dysport®, including frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead wrinkles. and massters for facial contouring and TMJ issues Worldwide, more than 84,000 people have been treated with Xeomin® injections. The U.S. is actually the 20th country to approve this new drug. It is available in 50-unit and 100-unit vials.

XEOMIN versus Botox?
Xeomin® is the first one that does not need to be refrigerated before use, which may simplify distribution. Xeomin® is also has no additives, just botulinum toxin type A. This may mean that there is less risk of developing antibodies against Xeomin® than other available neurotoxins. The body develops antibodies in response to a foreign invader and attacks. In theory, antibodies could prevent a neurotoxin from having its desired effects. The effects of Xeomin® occur within one week, and the results last from three to six months, making it comparable to Botox in terms of both onset and duration of action. Xeomin® should not be used interchangeably with other botulinum products.
VERSA Fillers for Facial Contouring
You are most likely familiar with popular injectable fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra and Radiesse., but one filler you may not have heard of yet is VERSA.
The official name is REVANESSE VERSA and it’s a relatively new dermal filler. Considered a multi-purpose dermal filler, it can be used to improve the appearance of facial areas such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and lips.
Like most fillers today, VERSA’s primary active ingredient is Hyaluronic Acid (HA). It is a naturally occurring substance that can be used aesthetically to correct facial lines and folds, as well as restore facial volume. However, not all fillers are created equal. VERSA is a homogenous filler due to the company’s advanced wet milling technology and proprietary formula. What this means is that the filler particles are spherical and uniform, which creates the ideal balance between volume and smoothness. When these particles are compared to Juvederm Ultra Plus and Restylane, there is a distinct difference with the others looking more jagged and inconsistent in shape.
The high viscosity of VERSA allows it to be easily injected with a very fine needling resulting in less disruption to the face. Studies have also shown that swelling occurs 24% more often with another popular dermal filler compared to VERSA. VERSA uses premium quality HA that has a higher molecular weight allowing it to break down slowly over time for added longevity.

Micro-Needling
We perform Micro-Needling using the state of the art CytoPen Micro Needling device from Emage. This handheld device uses sterile, disposable tips.Each tip contains 12 “micro” needles to pierce the skin at very specific therapeutic depths.
The thousands of tiny needle pricks stimulate collagen and elastin production, while also creating receptor sites which easily absorb our anti-aging serum. Micro Needling is sometimes referred to as Collagen Induction Therapy or Skin Needling.
According to a 2008 study, skin treated with four microneedling sessions spaced one month apart produced up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin six months after completing treatment.
Diamond Microdermabrasion
One of the most popular cosmetic skin care treatments available is diamond microdermabrasion, a procedure that is praised by women and men alike. No chemicals or anesthesia are used in the procedure, which is known for being simple and pain-free. It’s appropriate for most skin types because it is non-invasive, and can effectively reduce or eliminate wrinkles, acne, age spots, stretch marks, and more.
Diamond Derm is an advanced machine that includes the new Microderm Abrasive Pen which now uses microdiamond instead of crystals to exfoliate and improve the function and appearance of the skin. Our Diamond Derm treatment also includes an Ultrasound treatment which then increases skin cell metabolism, refines enlarged pores, fades scars, freckles, age spots, and redness.
The final step in this treatment is a calming low speed massage of the face which then cools and relaxes the face. This painless combination treatment gives optimum result with no side effects, or down time.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a form of manual exfoliation in which the outer layers of dead skin cells are removed using a surgical blade. It can treat many skin concerns including superficial hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, scars, acne scars, and rough, dry skin.
Side effects are minimal. Minor bleeding and nicks on the skin may result but this is rare. Peeling may occur if the procedure is repeated too soon or combined with a chemical peel. Dermaplaning treatments can be repeated every 3-4 weeks. Dermaplaning is a painless, non-invasive procedure of physical exfoliation to clear dry, dead, superfluous skin layers.
This exfoliation treatment will immediately diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, and sun damage. May be used in conjunction with any of the peels or Exilis to allow deeper penetration.

Latisse: Prescription Eyelash Therapy
Latisse works by keeping lashes in the anagen (growth) stage for longer. This results in longer lashes, more new lashes growing at the same time, and old lashes falling out slower. Since there are more visible lashes growing, it also results in fuller eyelashes.
Bimatoprost thickens the eyelash bulbs, allowing them to grow thicker as well. This solution also stimulates melanin production in the eyelashes, so they will become darker. In some cases, the eyelid will also become darker with melanin production, causing the appearance of eyeliner. However, this is rare and not permanent.
